Finding fun things to do at Christmas time can be easy but do you actually remember to do them all? I know I always make TONS of plans for the holiday season and I usually only end up doing a couple of them. If I’m lucky. So this year I am doing 25 days of Christmas! No, not like the Free Form movie marathon. But with Christmas family activities! It will be 25 days of an activity for the whole family, something to do with your spouse, a Christmas movie, a holiday recipe, and a random act of kindness. This is day 3, so if you missed day 2 PLEASE check it out here.

25 Days of Christmas Family Activities: Day 3
Hey! I hope you are having a WONDERFUL December so far! And I know you will enjoy this third day of the 25 Days of Christmas family activities, so let’s jump right in!
Christmas Family Activity
Spend the day decorating your house. If you have other commitments, try prepping the decorations ahead of time so that you can just dive in when you have the time.
Put up the lights on the house, hang the wreath on the door. Get the feeling of Christmas going in as many rooms as you can. And of course, outside. Have fun doing it as a family and deciding where to put things and how they should look.
This is a great way to really get into the Christmas spirit!
Christmas Couple Activity
Today, give your spouse a note of appreciation.
Show your love for your spouse for thanking them for all the things they do. Does your husband make coffee first thing in the morning even though he doesn’t drink it? Just so it’s ready when you get up? Does your wife always make sure you have soda in the house because it’s your favorite drink?
Now is the time to mention that you notice it. You can do this in a way that you actually hand your spouse a handwritten note or you just talk about it. Whichever way you do it, be 100% genuine.
But the evil boogeyman Pitch Black is threatening that by keeping them away from their duties.
As kids around the world lose their faith, only Jack is left to save the guardians.
This movie is seriously SO GOOD. I wasn’t 100% sure about it when I first saw it. But the idea behind it is absolutely incredible. It really brings the magic of the holidays to life!
So sit back and enjoy this beautiful film with the whole family today.
No really though. You only need a couple things, if you bake much you probably already have most of it!
It really is very easy. There’s only like 3 steps. Blend, mix, freeze, and dip in chocolate. Okay.. so maybe it’s a tad more but STILL! SO EASY
If it weren’t for waiting for the balls to get solid to dip in the chocolate, it would probably only take like 30 minutes or less start to finish!
We made a batch of these recently and they are SO hard to stop eating. So, make sure you hop over to The Cozy Cook to get the recipe!
And enjoy your NO BAKE Oreo truffles as a family.
With the winter in full swing, homeless shelters are in the highest demand of the year. Get a big bag of socks from Walmart for a few dollars and donate it to the shelter. Those socks may even save a few lives if you live in a cold area!
And if you have any old shoes (boots especially) drop them off too!
Happy December 3rd!
Okay! That’s it for today. I hope you are having SO MUCH fun doing the 25 days of Christmas family activities with me (and your family of course!)
