Finding fun things to do at Christmas time can be easy to do. But do you actually remember to do them all? I know I always make TONS of plans for the holiday season and I usually only end up doing a handful of them. So this year I am doing 25 days of Christmas! No, not like the Free Form movie marathon. But with Christmas family activities! You will find 25 days of an activity for the whole family, something to do with your spouse, a Christmas movie, a holiday recipe, and a random act of kindness.

25 Days of Christmas Family Activities: Day 4
It’s December 4th so let’s keep on plugging along!
Christmas Family Activity
Now that December is in full swing, it’s time to get (a little) ahead of the game! Take a trip to the mall and go see Santa! Get your pictures and have all the kids tell him what they want (don’t worry, you’ll mail the letters too!) If you don’t want to pay for the professional photos, take some on your phone. But hopefully doing it earlier in the month will avoid the lines! The kids will love it and why not make some memories.
Christmas Couple Activity
See if someone can watch the kids for a while and go out Christmas shopping just the 2 of you! Have fun picking out gifts and stocking stuffers for the kids and anyone else on your shopping list. And maybe give each other some ideas for gifts for you on the way!
Stop and grab some food and just enjoy the day. Personally, I think it would be great if you asked a relative to come along to see Santa and they can take the kids to play while you shop. Multitasking for the win! Enjoy Christmas family activities with a quick break for some couple time.
If you haven’t seen it, you should. I don’t have a whole lot else to say about it!
It’s a man that isn’t overly thrilled to be there, but he is becoming Santa none the less. And his son, Charlie, LOVES it. It ends up being up to Charlie to make sure that Christmas happens because Scott (Tim Allen) is not about to go up to the North Pole on his own.
Trust me, you need this movie in your life. The whole family will LOVE it.
These are a yummy treat from Princess Pinky Girl that is pretty easy to make! The no-bake peanut butter balls are a yummy chocolatey goodness and great for anyone who LOVES peanut butter.
I suggest you make them the morning of or night before so they have time to solidify. But they can be in the freezer as little as 30 minutes. Enjoy!
Since you are already going out to see Santa and do some shopping, this is a convenient time to drop off a bag of food at the food bank. Grab a few cans and nonperishables from home or a couple extra from the store, and drop them off so that more people have food this winter. What an inexpensive and effective way to help.
Happy December 4th!
I hope that your holiday season is going beautifully so far. And that you are enjoying all of the activities!
