It’s easy to find fun things to do at Christmas time. But remembering to do them all can be tough! I always make TONS of plans for the Christmas season and usually only end up doing a handful of them. So this year I am doing 25 days of Christmas! No, not like the Free Form movie marathon. Well, kind of, there are movies! But with Christmas family activities too. You will find 25 days of an activity for the whole family, something to do with your spouse, a Christmas movie, a holiday recipe, and a random act of kindness.
Be sure to check in every day on the Living Life As A Wife Facebook Page to get your daily dose of Christmas! And get a FREE printable Christmas Bucket List from the Resource Library!
25 Days of Christmas Family Activities: Day 9
Christmas Family Activity
Let’s get crafty today! Don’t worry, it’s easy. Make paper snowflakes to decorate the house. All you need is paper and scissors. It can be fun to make them using Colored Construction Paper and if your kids are young, make sure that you have some Child-sized Scissors. Hang them up everywhere and just enjoy making them.
Christmas Couple Activity
Spend a little bit of time and get each other your favorite cookies today. Either make them from scratch or buy them from the store. Either way, get them and enjoy them with some milk together. And feel special that your spouse did something just for you and knows you so well.
With Tom Hanks guiding the kids through the journey to the North Pole on Christmas Eve to see Santa off, this story is incredible.
Have fun tonight getting excited for Santa. And take this chance to remind your entire family that those who are the least fortunate need a reminder of the magic just like the rest of us.
Grab your Silicone Baking Tray and make this delicious frozen yogurt bark from Recipes From A Pantry. I like this snack because it’s yummy and healthy too! It is pretty simple to make, just make sure you have enough time to freeze it before you eat it!
Remember all those cookies that you baked yesterday from 25 Days of Christmas Family Activities Day 8? They will come in handy today! Make some special and heartfelt deliveries to your neighbors. They will completely enjoy that you thought of them and you can feel good about sharing your delicious, homemade cookies!
Happy December 9th!
Enjoy your family time today!
