Do you miss appointments? Or end up rushing out the door because you remembered you had to leave at the last minute? Do you find yourself needing to reschedule things because they are conflicting? I have done these things. I get it. I literally called and rescheduled an appointment a few hours ago because I realized I set up 2 things at the same time. And I noticed another one that is in September. Get your schedule organized and stop feeling frazzled all the time.

End Schedule Confusion
If you get things mixed up and forget what is going on for each family member, then put them all together on one page each week.
I suggest color coding for each family member. That way you will know what is going on and save space on your planner for everything. I love the Papermate Pens because they write nicely and come in a ton of colors. I have used them for years.
A pro tip to save time and money is to laminate the planner page. That way you only have to print it once and you can use dry erase markers instead of pens. But I will say that if you have a really full schedule you may be pressed for space with the markers.
The Weekly Planner
It has a breakdown for every weekday and a box for Saturday and Sunday. I’ve included a box to write your goals for the week so you stay on task.
There is also a water tracker to help ensure that you are remembering to drink enough throughout the day. I know that I constantly forget to drink water. Mostly because my 2-year-old tries to take all my drinks and then pours them all over the floor. But that is another story.
You’ll find a weather tracker so you can record what the forecast is calling for any day that it may matter for your plans.
Then there is a place where you can track daily tasks that you do. Such as walking the dog, reading a book, or quiet play for the kids. Whatever it may be, you can fill it in and check it off every day. Don’t worry, there’s room for several tasks at once if you need it.
The last thing included is space for notes. Anything that you need to jot down. Or that doesn’t go into any of the other boxes, can be written here.
